Community Village of Inclusion tenants handcraft ‘blooming brilliant’ display

Tenants at our Compassion in Action Community Village of Inclusion have put together a ‘blooming brilliant’ display outside their homes.

Members of our Arts & Crafts Group coloured in paper flowers, which were then laminated and cut out by our Business Administration Apprentices, Nina and Emma.

Our Delivery & Collections Team, Paul and Joshua, then fixed the flowers to the property railings – making for a fantastic floral spectacle.

“Every week, our amazing tenants learn new skills and enjoy an outlet for their creativity through our popular Arts & Crafts Group,” said our CEO Pam Gilligan.

“We wanted to empower our tenants to personalise the frontages of their homes with flowers of their own design and choosing, as well as to work together as a team with a shared goal. Our blossoming handmade garden is a beautiful reminder of what our tenants can achieve with compassionate, person-centred support.”
